Client: Tier 1 automotive supplier
Designer Digital Modeler Catia V5-V6
Plastic Trim Cover/Panels concept to production design for Automotive Seating.
Plastic injection molding and tool design experience.
Usage of CATIA versions.
Hard Trim, interior trim, rendering experience needed.
Responsibilities
Design new products and improve existing products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product designs are manufacturable and cost-effective.
Conduct analyses of product designs to identify areas for improvement.
Implement changes to enhance product performance and reliability.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Requirements
Minimum Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Systems Engineering.
At least 5-10+ years of related experience as a Product Engineer, Design Engineer, or in a similar role.
Experience designing plastic injection molded automotive components. (preferred)
