Sr. Product Manager - TalentForge (Platform Product, Integration expertise)

Product Manager, Talent Acquisition & Experience As a Product Manager at Eightfold.ai, you will drive the strategy, vision, and execution of products that enhance the talent acquisition and experience journey. You will work closely with leadership, engineering, and cross-functional teams to define and deliver impactful, scalable solutions that align with Eightfold’s mission of the right career for everyone in the world. Key Responsibilities Drive product strategy, vision, and execution for talent acquisition and experience products. Collaborate with leadership, engineering, and cross-functional teams to define and deliver impactful, scalable solutions. Identify market opportunities, define priorities, and shape differentiated products that strengthen Eightfold’s position in the talent intelligence space. Work deeply with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to gather insights and shape products powered by Eightfold’s world-class AI models. Leverage deep learning, matching intelligence, and talent insights to solve real customer challenges. Qualifications 4+ years of experience in Product Management. Demonstrated bias to action and ability to learn rapidly. Passion for Eightfold's vision: the right career for everyone in the world. Technical knowledge and understanding of enterprise SaaS products. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal). Hybrid Work & Location Employees based near our Santa Clara, London, Bangalore, and Noida offices are expected to work from the office three days per week. This role is available in our designated hub locations: Greater NYC, NY; Greater Chicago, IL; Greater Atlanta, GA; and Santa Clara, CA. All roles are hybrid.
