Role Overview Gartner is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to lead product delivery initiatives including customer‑facing websites, mobile apps, and vendor integrations. The role involves managing multiple Agile/Scrum projects, coordinating release management, fostering cross‑functional collaboration, and ensuring delivery of business value. Key Responsibilities Implement and coach Agile/Scrum processes for teams of varied sizes and external dependencies. Facilitate project discussions to resolve issues and remove impediments. Report progress to management and executive stakeholders. Coordinate all aspects of release management: planning, assessment, change management, and communication. Champion adoption of agile tools, metrics, and best practices. Identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous process enhancements. Manage cross‑functional teams and maintain transparent communication with stakeholders. Negotiate and manage complex vendor relationships and contractual obligations. Develop and maintain risk management frameworks with contingency planning. Track post‑implementation metrics to validate business ROI. Required Qualifications 5–8 years of experience as a Project Manager in an Agile/Scrum environment. Strong analytical, facilitation, and problem‑solving skills. Proficiency in Agile tools (Jira, Confluence) and reporting tools (Power BI). Deep understanding of SDLC, DevOps practices, and incremental delivery. Excellent verbal & written communication skills. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. Nice to Have Experience with Continuous Integration, Open‑Source frameworks, and CI tools. Strong influencing and negotiating skills in a resource‑constrained environment.
