Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with extensive expertise in managing large-scale technical initiatives within enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will bring over 15 years of project management experience, strong leadership, and proven ability to drive complex projects to successful completion.

The role requires close collaboration across multiple teams, effective communication with senior leadership, and proficiency in agile methodologies and enterprise tools.

• Lead and manage large, complex technical projects across multiple business and technical teams.
• Communicate project status, risks, and progress effectively to multiple levels of leadership.
• Facilitate cross-team and vendor collaboration, ensuring synchronized delivery across agile workstreams.
• Track and report project progress, risks, and dependencies, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and quality objectives.
• Work closely with Release Train Engineers and Scrum Masters to enable agile execution and delivery.
• Utilize tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO), ServiceNow, MS Office, and Microsoft Teams for project tracking, communication, and documentation.

• Experience managing projects within the financial services industry.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, Agile certifications, or demonstrated experience with Program Increment (PI) Planning.
