Job Summary (Senior QA Engineer)

- Lead end-to-end quality assurance efforts across multiple projects and Agile teams.
- Define and implement QA strategies, standards, and best practices for enterprise applications.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks.
- Oversee all types of testing activities, including functional, regression, integration, system, API, and performance testing.
- Drive and implement automation initiatives for applications built with C#/.NET, Python, Java, and Node.js/TypeScript.
- Collaborate closely with developers, architects, business analysts, product owners, and DevOps teams to ensure software quality and testability throughout development.
- Review requirements and technical designs to identify test coverage, risks, and gaps.
- Lead defect management, root cause analysis, and release readiness activities.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
- Monitor and report on test execution metrics, quality trends, and release status.
- Mentor and guide QA engineers on automation, testing methodologies, and quality standards.
- Support continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and best practices.
- Utilize strong hands-on experience with automation frameworks, API testing, backend validation, and test management tools.
- Ensure strong focus on Agile, Scrum, SDLC, and QA methodologies.
- Maintain strong SQL and database testing skills.
- Communicate effectively and demonstrate leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Stay updated on cloud, containerization, microservices, and modern application stack technologies.
- Preferably hold QA certifications such as ISTQB and have experience in large-scale enterprise or customer-facing systems.
