job summary: We're seeking a Senior QA Engineer with 8+ years of experience leading quality assurance initiatives for enterprise applications and platforms. This role is responsible for defining QA strategy, driving automation efforts, improving testing processes, and leading QA activities across the software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in test automation, API validation, Agile delivery, and modern application stacks including C#/.NET, Python, Java, and Node.js/TypeScript. This individual will work closely with engineering, product, and DevOps teams to ensure high-quality software delivery while mentoring QA engineers and establishing best practices.
