About This Role: We're looking for a Sr. Sales Representative join our rapidly growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling Novir's employer service, remote drug testing. To be successful in this role, you'll be a dynamic sales representative who is comfortable selling not just services, but also products as Novir continues to evolve. The ideal candidate is well connected in the employer space; and has experience selling into TPAs, CRAs, and brokers. What You'll Do:Sell Novir's Remote Health Solutions services into national accounts; targeting employers, TPAS/CRAs, and HR brokers Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their objectives Manage the entire sales cycle, from breaking into new accounts through signed contracts Maintain an updated CRM with new leads and activity Work cross functionally across lines of business within Novir, identifying places to collaborate to deliver solutions to customers Become an expert on Novir's Remote Health business, consistently looking for opportunities to break into new markets Stay updated on industry developments, market trends, and best practices to continuously improve sales strategies and tactics Key Experience We're Looking For:4+ years of experience in a sales role, ideally in the employer space Experience and understanding of selling services Strong understanding and demonstrated experience of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and business development strategies. Experience working within a CRM (we use Hubspot) Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
