Senior Salesforce Development Manager
Full Time position is in Coppell, TX and will eventually be a hybrid role, 3 days on-site, 2 days remote once acclimated to the team and position.
This position manages a team of high performing, super passionate Salesforce engineers responsible for developing, enhancing, and supporting mission-critical systems that support the company's core product, Roadside Assistance. As first responders, the network of service providers deliver emergency assistance to people in need 24/7/365.

What Is Required
  • Proven experience as a manager for Salesforce development teams.
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to empower and motivate teams to achieve their goals.
  • Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, or similar.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and Salesforce certifications are preferred.

  • Drive technical excellence within the team, ensuring best practices are followed in application development, particularly in Salesforce environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient technical solutions.
  • Foster a culture of courage and experimentation, encouraging team members to explore new ideas, technologies, and approaches to problem-solving
  • Ensure a consultant-mindset evolves in place of an order-taking mindset
  • Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and with high quality.
  • Champion a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting communication, trust, and respect among team members.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
