Sr. SEC Reporting Accountant

Responsibilities For The Senior Accountant / External Reporting Include Assist the SEC Manager with external reporting, production of 10K's, 10Q's and all external reporting and SEC disclosures Assist with the month end close including journal entries, expense analysis and financial statement analysis. Provide support to internal and external auditors. Be a go to for technical accounting projects and compliance, SOX compliance and process improvements/risk analysis.
