Sr Software Developer

Seeking a Sr. Software Developer focused on API Modernization with strong Azure tech stack experience. This is an execution-focused engineering role supporting greenfield development in a backend-heavy, API-first architecture environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Build APIs and event-driven services
Execute against existing architecture and API specifications
Translate legacy XML-based systems into modern APIs
Deliver solutions quickly with minimal ramp time
Develop REST APIs and event-driven architecture solutions
Work within Azure-based environments and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines
Write unit tests and ensure code quality
Operate effectively in fast-paced and evolving team structures
Support ongoing API modernization initiatives across multiple squads
Deliver independently while working off pre-defined architecture and API specs

Required Skills:
Strong backend and API engineering experience
REST APIs experience
Event-driven architecture experience
Azure-based tech stack experience
Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipeline experience
Proven Agile delivery experience
Ability to take specs, build, test, and deliver independently
Strong unit testing experience
Comfortable working in greenfield environments
Ability to operate in ambiguous and evolving team structures
Strong execution and delivery-focused mindset
