Convert high-level designs & req'mts to technl specs. Must have 1 yr's IT exp using C#, ASP.NET, SQL Srvr, HTML, Azure DevOps & Microsoft Excel. Sal $189,592-$189,592/range/yr. Travel & reloc req'd.
