Sr Software Engineer

As a Sr. Software Engineer on the team, you will design, build and support high-impact software solutions that power the automotive industry's leading digital marketing platform. You'll collaborate with talented engineers and AI agents, leveraging modern technologies and best practices to deliver scalable, reliable, and innovative products.Your RoleArchitect, develop, and maintain robust software applications across multiple platforms, ensuring performance, maintainability, and alignment with product and technology roadmaps.Collaborate with Product Management and stakeholders to understand user challenges and design viable, high-quality solutions.Lead and participate in Agile planning, story sizing, backlog grooming, and release planning.Mentor and provide technical guidance to peers and junior engineers, especially in AI-augmented development.Define and uphold coding standards, review practices, and ethical guidelines for AI use.Implement and support AI-powered features and pipelines, contributing to prompt engineering experimentation and sharing tool usage insights.Provide ongoing support, monitoring, and maintenance of deployed products, troubleshooting, and resolving complex issues as needed.Who You AreBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline, and 4 years' experience in a related field. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities.
