Sr. Software Quality Engineer (Python)

We are looking for a detail‑oriented and highly skilled Software QA Engineer with a strong focus on test automation to join our team. In this role you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams in an agile environment, design and execute manual and automated tests, and drive continuous improvements in quality processes for complex manufacturing software systems. Responsibilities Write and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Design, develop, and execute both manual and automated tests using Python, Playwright, and Robot Framework. Perform functional, integration, and regression testing of software releases. Work independently and collaboratively within cross‑functional teams to identify and resolve defects. Analyze complex systems and domains to understand usage and test coverage needs. Apply strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure high quality and reliability of releases. Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a QA Engineer in agile development environments. Hands‑on experience with Python, Playwright, and Robot Framework. Proven experience in both manual and automated testing. Solid understanding of functional, integration, and regression testing. Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and quality. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross‑functional teams. Nice to have: ISTQB Foundation certification, experience in manufacturing or complex process‑driven environments, exposure to CI/CD pipelines and test automation frameworks, SQL and performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter).
