THE ROLE The Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager (Integrated Solutions) leads technically grounded marketing programs for AMD’s Integrated Systems portfolio, with emphasis on AI system platforms, enterprise workloads, and vertical solution motions. You will own the full lifecycle of strategic GTM programs—from ideation and investment planning through launch orchestration, content creation, performance analytics, and continuous optimization. You will define and deliver differentiated technical narratives that elevate AMD’s position across AI, HPC, and enterprise data center markets. THE PERSON You are a technically fluent marketing leader with deep knowledge of enterprise data center systems, AI platforms, and accelerated computing. You excel at translating complex architectures, workload behaviors, and benchmark data into clear customer‑focused value narratives. You are highly organized, analytical, and comfortable driving large cross‑functional initiatives from concept to execution. You thrive in fast‑moving, technically demanding environments and can influence both engineering and go‑to‑market stakeholders. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic Program Leadership Lead end‑to‑end GTM programs for AMD Integrated System Solutions, including AI systems and enterprise solution stacks. Drive program strategy, prioritization, budget planning, execution, and ROI measurement. Convert platform and solution strategy into scalable GTM motions across industries and workloads. Coordinate with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Corporate Marketing for integrated execution. AI Systems Launches & Workload/Vertical Solutions Own technical marketing programs for AI systems launches, including platform architecture, performance, TCO, and scalability positioning. Develop workload‑specific narratives spanning AI training, inference, HPC‑AI convergence, and analytics. Build vertical solution motions across industries such as financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, research, telecom, and cloud service providers. Partner with Engineering and Product Management to define benchmark requirements and interpret performance data for GTM use. Technical Narrative & Positioning Develop differentiated technical storytelling grounded in AI performance, HPC workloads, virtualization, analytics, and hybrid cloud usage. Explain system‑level design considerations, performance drivers, and architectural tradeoffs. Position AMD Integrated Systems as complete enterprise solutions rather than component‑focused offerings. Competitive Intelligence & Market Strategy Lead competitive analysis across data center systems, accelerators, networking, and AI platforms. Track competitive roadmaps, architectures, benchmarks, pricing models, and GTM strategies. Translate insights into refined positioning, sales plays, and program pivots. Influence internal narrative and roadmap alignment based on ecosystem signals. Content Development & Field Enablement Create and orchestrate technical content including solution briefs, launch kits, architectural references, performance narratives, and industry messaging frameworks. Build sales enablement assets such as battlecards, playbooks, and pitch materials. Ensure alignment between launch messaging, campaigns, and global field execution. Analytics & Program Performance Define KPIs tied to pipeline influence, engagement, adoption, and revenue impact. Build dashboards and reporting to measure program performance. Optimize GTM motions using data‑driven insights. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE Senior level, technical experience over years in technical product marketing, solution marketing, or GTM programs in enterprise infrastructure, AI platforms, data center systems, or semiconductors. Deep technical knowledge of enterprise servers, accelerators/GPU platforms, HPC workloads, and system‑level integration (networking, storage). Strong understanding of competitive data center ecosystems and positioning. Proven success leading complex cross‑functional marketing programs end‑to‑end. Ability to simplify and communicate technical depth as compelling customer value. Experience linking marketing investment to measurable business outcomes. Experience launching AI systems or full‑stack data center platforms. Background working with performance engineering or benchmarking teams. Vertical industry solution marketing experience.
