Sr. Technical Program Manager, Datacenter Planning & Delivery, AI Data Center Development

Overview What To Expect Datacenter Technical Program Manager (TPM) role focused on AI builds/clusters include a strong technical background in hardware deployment, data center infrastructure, and program management for large-scale AI/high-performance computing (HPC) systems. This role involves coordinating cross- functional teams (engineering, supply chain, operations, vendors) to design, build, deploy, and scale HPC clusters in Tesla owned/built data centers. This position is based in the Tesla Austin Gigafactory. Tesla is a fast moving, dynamic environment where flexibility and adaptability are key attributes needed for success. The successful candidate will be a self-starter; motivated with expert overall Program Management expertise. What You'll Do Program Management: Lead cross-functional, global/matrixed teams; manage schedules, risks, dependencies and deliverables across hardware, software, construction and facilities teams.
