Our team is seeking an experienced Sr. Technical Program Manager to join the KfB Software team and drive the delivery of our most critical programs. Key Job Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end program management for full‑stack application development (mobile, web, and backend), coordinating cross‑functional delivery across engineering, product, design, and operations teams. Drive automation programs leveraging AI tools to significantly reduce operational cycle times and manual effort. Manage a high‑velocity release cadence across the product portfolio, ensuring on‑time delivery and quality standards. Define and track program milestones, KPIs, and success metrics; communicate status, risks, and mitigation plans to senior leadership. Build and maintain cross‑functional relationships with partner teams to align on priorities and resolve dependencies. Develop scalable program management processes and mechanisms to support rapid business growth. Drive technical trade‑off discussions and help engineering teams make informed decisions that balance speed, quality, and customer impact. Identify and proactively mitigate risks across complex, multi‑team programs with competing priorities. Basic Qualifications 5+ years of technical product or program management experience 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams 3+ years of software development experience 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams Experience managing programs across cross‑functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk and critical path management experience Experience managing projects across cross‑functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules Experience defining KPIs/SLA’s used to drive multi‑million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership Benefits Amazon offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
