Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Sr. Technical Project Manager/ Scrum Master to join their team. As a Sr. Technical Project Manager/ Scrum Master, you will be part of the Consumer Lending Operations Technology Department supporting Data & Reporting Technology teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, proactive initiative, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Sr. Technical Project Manager/ Scrum Master Location: Charlotte, North Carolina What's the Job? Facilitate the Scrum process for cross-functional teams involved in complex projects, ensuring adherence to Agile and Scrum practices. Coordinate end-to-end delivery activities, including planning, execution, testing, validation, and deployment, to ensure timely releases. Track delivery metrics such as velocity, predictability, and cycle time, and use insights to improve team performance and delivery outcomes. Manage risks, dependencies, and impediments proactively, escalating issues early to prevent delays. Partner with product owners and stakeholders to refine features, prioritize backlog items, and align scope with capacity and release timelines. What's Needed? 4+ years of Agile Scrum Master experience, demonstrated through work experience, training, or education. Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence, including backlog management, dashboards, and reporting. Experience supporting end-to-end delivery, including planning, execution, release coordination, and post-release validation. Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), release management, and governance requirements. Excellent facilitation, communication, and servant leadership skills, with the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced environments. What's in it for me?
