We are seeking a Senior Textile Technology Manager to join our innovative and fashion-forward team. This role plays a pivotal part in shaping the future of prints, patterns, and graphics by driving technical excellence while staying ahead of industry trends. The ideal candidate will collaborate with designers to bring bold, trend-driven concepts to life, ensuring each textile reflects our brand's signature aesthetic and aligns with our commitment to quality and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

• Innovative Print & Pattern Development: Partner with print and graphic designers to push the boundaries of textile design, ensuring strike-off approvals align with cutting-edge trends and creative vision.
• Fashion-Forward Execution: Work closely with regional teams and vendors to deliver high-quality prints, patterns, and graphic packages, ensuring timely strike-off approvals that reflect our brand's trend-driven aesthetic.
• Creative & Technical Collaboration: Engage with designers and managers to refine prints, patterns, and graphics, providing expert insights on textile techniques to elevate product design.
• Trend & Market Awareness: Stay ahead of the latest fabric innovations, printing techniques, and graphic applications to bring fresh, fashion-forward ideas to the table.
• Process & Innovation Leadership: Drive efficiency and innovation by maintaining a detailed seasonal Centric tracking chart for seamless communication with global partners.
• Timely & Impactful Execution: Ensure all approvals are delivered on schedule, proactively managing any delays while maintaining a high standard of execution.
• Technical & Material Expertise: Work closely with the Print Tech team to master printing techniques, repeat layouts, and raw material limitations to optimize creative possibilities.
• Fabric Library & Archive Management: Curate an inspiring and organized fabric library for strike-offs and reference files to support ongoing trend development.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Apparel Production Management or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Textile Innovation Expertise: Strong understanding of textile printing, yarn dyes, and graphic manufacturing with an ability to translate fashion trends into print and pattern development.
• Industry & Trend Awareness: Passion for staying ahead of trends in fabric technology, print techniques, and graphic applications within women's and intimate apparel.
• Creative & Technical Acumen: Ability to balance creative vision with technical execution, ensuring innovative designs are both fashion-forward and commercially viable.
• Communication & Collaboration: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with designers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects while maintaining precision in execution.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; experience with Centric and basic Photoshop skills preferred.
• Proactive & Trend-Driven Mindset: A self-starter with an eye for trends and a passion for pushing the boundaries of textile innovation in a team-oriented environment.
