Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and developers to define project requirements. Architect and implement advanced, scalable, and performant user interfaces. Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and conduct code reviews. Establish and promote UI best practices, standards, and guidelines. Evaluate and integrate emerging UI technologies and tools. Champion usability, accessibility, and responsiveness in UI design. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes. Qualifications Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field (or equivalent experience). 8+ years of UI Developer experience. Extensive experience as a UI Developer, with a strong portfolio of complex and successful projects. Expert-level proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js). In-depth understanding of user-centered design and UI/UX principles. Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor development teams. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
