Senior UI Developer As a Senior UI Developer with design skills, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and architecting responsive and interactive user interfaces using ReactJS, React Native, React Core, NextJS, and Cloud. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and architecting responsive and interactive user interfaces using ReactJS, React Native, React Core, NextJS, and cloud. Collaborate with product managers and design teams to create visually stunning and user-friendly applications. Lead and mentor multiple teams of UI developers, both onshore and offshore, providing guidance and support to ensure best practices and high-quality code. Work with architects, system engineers, and senior developers to design end-to-end architecture, integrating frontend components with backend services on the Cloud Platform. Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability. Identify and address technical debt, continuously improving code quality and development processes. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices, incorporating them into our development processes. Participate in solution calls with key Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), including Product Managers, Architects, System and Functional Engineers, to understand requirements from functional and technical perspectives. Proactively review the domain's functional and technical architecture and workflow. Raise questions to key SMEs to ensure that engineering teams understand the requirements and the design. Present in the Architecture Forum, contributing to overall and feature-level architectural discussions with the UI technical design. Drive the delivery of comprehensive Confluence documentation, including component and sequence diagrams. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Senior UI Developer with design skills. Expertise in designing and implementing UI architecture and best practices. Proficiency in JavaScript, ES6/ES7, HTML5, and CSS3. Experience with RESTful API integration. Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail. Must have financial services industry experience.
