SRE/Software Engineer resources

Location: Hybrid in Dearborn MI , Fort Lauderdale FL, Dallas TX, or Palo Alto CA

• 2x per week

Duration: 6 months contract to hire

Top Skills:

• Software Engineering background
• Grafana preferred but monitoring best practices is required
• Go used daily for builds (python will also suffice)
• Kubernetes
• GCP Cloud Engineering preferred but open to AWS or Azure
• Linux
• Dagger not required

Day to day and Tech stack:

• This environment is an independent GCP space for all of Connected Vehicle Services used platforms
• This team runs all of the infrastructure for their specific products and software
• Using Dagger and Go to write pipelines this turns their pipeline into its own application
• Their work is fairly difficult and not traditional but it creates more cloud flexibility for the overall organization
• Building out this platform for software engineers to use
• Enablement and SRE team being stood up
  • Will have dozens of product teams in their enablement environment
• Observability team already in place
  • Running in Grafana Saas
