Position Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Grinder to join a dynamic team. This role is key in ensuring our components are crafted to the highest standards of precision and finish, particularly suited to industries where quality and sanitation are paramount. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in hand grinding and polishing, with an eye for detail and commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform hand grinding, polishing, and finishing operations on industrial components to meet quality specifications.
• Interpret and work from blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions.
• Inspect completed work to ensure adherence to specifications and high standards.
• Maintain equipment in good working order and adhere to all safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in hand grinding and polishing. Stainless steel experience needed.
• Familiarity with various grinding tools and equipment.
• Previous experience in the food and beverage, healthcare, or pharmaceutical manufacturing sector is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, quality-focused, and capable of working independently.
