Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our Maintenance Department. This position will oversee all maintenance operations, ensuring high standards of performance, reliability, and safety across our facilities. As a key member of our Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program, you will play a critical role in the continuous improvement and operational success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and maintain a high-performing maintenance team to meet or exceed company expectations.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive training programs for all maintenance personnel.
  • Oversee the department's budget and ensure financial efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Management Team to align maintenance objectives with broader company goals.
  • Advise and assist leadership in setting strategic objectives for maintenance operations.
  • Manage all documentation and processes related to the maintenance department, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  • Maintain and optimize the use of CMMS or other maintenance software programs.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and TPM efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 10+ years of maintenance management experience in the food industry, with bakery experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of high-production machinery and food manufacturing processes.
  • Expertise in CMMS or similar maintenance software, Microsoft Office Suite, and ERP/MRP systems.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
