We are looking for experience with account reconciliations and bank reconciliations as well as a yearning to continue to learn and grow professionally. Additional experience in Non‑Profit, fund accounting, & fixed assets is a plus. This is an onsite, office‑based role with WFH opportunity 2 days per month along with a robust PTO & benefits offering. Salary & Work Hours Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year Shift: First Work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM Education: Bachelors Responsibilities Prepare & post journal entries, prepaids and accruals. Account reconciliation, variance analysis, research discrepancies. Assist with coordination and preparation of the budget process cycle. Prepare balance sheets, statements of activities, cash flow statements, and other reports. Fixed assets & depreciation schedules. Assist with annual audits. Maintain financial security by following internal controls. Prepare payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements. Misc. other accounting related duties & tasks as needed.
