Salary: $60k – $95k base

Overview

Exciting Staff Accountant opportunity in Bridgewater, NJ. Experience with journal entries, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, billing required. For more opportunities from KNM Resources, please visit payroll and accounts payable duties, including three-way match, AP aging, and weekly check runs

·     Review and process vendor invoices and payments in a timely manner

·     Ensure monthly invoices and related documentation are issued timely

·     Process Payroll and all related duties on a weekly basis

·     Assist with AR collections and weekly cash flow projections, taking an active role in meetings

·     Record and reconcile cash receipts.

·     Support monthly close and project reconciliations.

·     Assist with creating project forecasts, WIP and financial statements

·     Provide documentation to external accounting firms as needed

·     Support office operations, including supplies and rented equipment.

·     Prepare daily cash balances and AP aging reports.

·     Assist with monthly close, accruals, and financial reporting.

·     Manage project accounting through the completion of the project

Qualifications

·     Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred

·     Non-degreed professional with relevant experience will be considered

·     Recent graduate with relevant internship experience will be considered.

·     General Accounting skills required

·     A/P, A/R, Billing experience required.

·     Proficient in Excel

·     Able to work independently
