More information about 3A Composites can be found at Purpose of this role: We are seeking an entry‑level Staff Accountant to support daily business operations across our Davidson office and Statesville manufacturing facility. This role will assist with administrative, operational, reporting, and plant‑support responsibilities while gaining hands‑on exposure to manufacturing operations, finance, and cross‑functional business processes. The position will work closely with leadership in both locations, including direct collaboration with the Plant Manager during onsite days in Statesville. In this position, you will… Work onsite with the Plant Manager Support plant reporting and operational tracking Assist with inventory, production, and manufacturing‑related administrative tasks Support CAPEX process Help monitor and communicate plant KPIs and operational metrics Participate in plant walkthroughs and operational meetings Assist with month end close processPrepare recurring reports using Excel, Power BI and SAP Assist with data validation and accuracy checks Support analysis of operational, inventory, and cost‑related information Help identify trends, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities Assist with day‑to‑day operational and administrative tasks Help maintain and organize operational reports and documentation Track and follow up on finance‑related operational issues. Support process improvement initiatives and assist with data collection and reporting efforts that support finance and business operations Communicate with multiple departments to support workflow and issue resolution Provide support for audits, reporting requests, and internal initiatives The knowledge, skills, and abilities you will bring… Bachelor’s degree required (Accounting, Business, Finance, or related field) Strong organizational and communication skills Comfortable working in both office and manufacturing environments Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills Self‑motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities Preferred Qualifications: Internship or prior exposure to manufacturing, operations, or accounting environments Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP Experience working with data validation, financial reporting, or process improvement initiatives An eagerness to learn, adapt to new systems, and grow professionally within the organization A strong work ethic characterized by dependability, professionalism, and the willingness to take initiative on assignments Adaptable and comfortable interacting with multiple teams Analytical mindset with interest in operations and manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
