Training Development What the Ideal Candidate will do: Assists with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end accounting close. Prepares monthly journal entries. Responsible for account analysis. Maintains fixed asset ledger and depreciation schedule. Prepares daily bank activities and monthly bank reconciliations. Responsible for various state sales tax returns, state registrations and annual reports. Assists with quarterly government census reports. Records financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and accruals. Assists with annual external audit. Qualifications: Must be a US Person. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance. 1 - 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have a working knowledge of US GAAP, journal entries and account analysis. Must have the ability to solve practical problems and analyze financial data. Must possess strong organization, communication, math, and computer skills - Microsoft Suite with intermediate/advanced Excel skills. MRP/ERP experience is a plus. SAP preferred. Must be available first and last 3 days of every month due to monthly/quarterly/year-end close. Some experience in a manufacturing or service environment preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
