Overview Join our client’s team and work with a valued client who is seeking a dedicated Staff Accountant! This is an excellent opportunity for a detail‑oriented professional to join a stable and growing organization. Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 per year. Shift: First. Work hours: 8 AM – 4 PM. Education: Bachelors. Responsibilities Responsibilities include preparing and recording journal entries, maintaining the general ledger, and preparing balance sheets and income statements. Assisting with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes to ensure timely reporting. Overseeing accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring accurate and timely payments and invoicing. Reconciling bank accounts, credit cards, and vendor accounts, investigating any discrepancies. Assisting with tax calculations, filings, and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
