Staff Accountant Apply
Cash Management and Treasury:
- Record day-to-day financial transactions.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records in ERP system.
- Monitor and analyze bank transactions to identify any unusual activities.
- Load positive pay information to bank portal.
Sales and Use Tax:
- Prepare state filings.
- Insure proper rates and customer sales tax eligibility in ERP system.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of exemptions.
Financial Reporting:
- Key contributor with monthly close.
- Prepare journal entries and maintain accurate supporting documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Willingness to learn and collaborate.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
