Key Responsibilities: Assist with month-end and year-end close processes Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations Support the preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP Maintain general ledger accounts and ensure proper documentation Analyze variances and trends to support management reporting Assist with internal and external audits Process intercompany transactions and support inventory accounting Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, supply chain, and sales Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 2+ years of general accounting experience, preferably in a CPG or inventory-based business Solid understanding of GAAP and general ledger functions Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems preferred #INMAY2025
