Job Summary
Under this task order, the contractor will independently provide support services to satisfy the overall operational objectives . The primary objective is to provide services and deliverables through performance of support services.
Education:
Bachelor's degree
Experience:
- Minimum of ten (10) years of related experience. NIH experience is preferred
- 5 years of NIH experience preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Procurement and Administrative Tasks
- Support various procurement and administrative tasks, update and develop content for web sites and SharePoint Site, prepare and route various actions.
- Document Management
- Coordinate the printing and conversion of paper documents to electronic files, compile and review various types of documents, maintain file systems.
- Project Coordination
- Maintain and provide technical support during project development, compile and review information, prepare reports and documents, confirm scientific engagements and meetings.
- Policy and Program Recommendations
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and courses, communicate policy and program recommendations and guidelines, maintain SOPs, guidance documents or instructions.
- Liaison Tasks
- Act as primary point of contact for the Division, collaborate with administrative staff, track and manage various items, provide interdepartmental coordination.
- Guidance on Federal Guidelines
- Prepare SOPs, maintain knowledge of current regulations, evaluate new program policies, develop and maintain spreadsheets, provide policy guidance.
- Documentation and Database Management
- Develop and maintain various administrative databases, create budget proposals, maintain tracking systems, analyze information, prepare HR-related documents.
- Inventory and Procurement Requests
- Prepare requisitions for purchase, maintain office records, process requests, handle inventory and procurement, and maintain records.
- Special Projects Coordination
- Prepare promotional materials, maintain professional knowledge of programs, plan special projects, coordinate administrative aspects, analyze and present selected data.
- Research and Propose New Procedures
- Participate in developmental activities, provide organizational support, develop and evaluate policies, gather and analyze information, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Administrative Support
- Assist with various compliance tracking, manage records, prepare regulatory documents, coordinate with IT for maintenance, ensure proper filing accountability.
- Meetings and Communication
- Coordinate and plan meetings, maintain office calendar, prepare and transmit agendas, handle correspondence, research and provide requested information.
