We are seeking a Municipal Attorney with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience representing public entities and possess the ability to make court appearances for code enforcement cases (both administrative and criminal) as well as ongoing civil litigation, including breach of contract matters. Law and Motion experience, particularly in summary adjudication, is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Court Appearances: Represent clients in code enforcement cases and civil litigation.
  • Legal Documentation: Draft and file motions, including summary adjudications.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with public entities and other team members to achieve favorable outcomes.

Requirements

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of relevant legal experience required, with a focus on municipal law and litigation.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.

Benefits:

  • 3 weeks of paid vacation after the probationary period.
