Due to expansion, our multi-discipline firm is seeking a full-time Staff Engineer. CP Engineers has forty years of experience in site/civil, water/wastewater, municipal, MEP, and environmental services. Our project portfolio includes private, municipal, county, and regional clients; some have been with our firm for three decades.

As a Staff Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

  • CAD Design
  • Collection and organization of data,
  • Field investigation and observation
  • Design of water and wastewater projects

Requirements

  • Positive attitude, dependable, and committed to meet all assigned project deadlines.
  • Willingness to develop competence in a broad array of engineering related tasks.
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, organized, and able to successfully multitask.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Environmental or related engineering discipline from an accredited university.
  • 0-4 years of engineering experience in the consulting field.
  • Familiarity with MS Office suite.
  • High productivity, attention to detail, effective verbal and written communication skills, and an ability to work well in a dynamic team environment.
  • Valid driver’s license with dependable transportation.
