We are currently seeking a Staff Engineer to be based out of our San Diego office. Miyamoto International is among the nation’s fastest growing structural engineering companies. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in structural engineering curricula or related field, Master’s with emphasis on structure engineering desirable EIT/Fundamentals of Engineering certification desirable 0-3 years of relevant structural engineering experience; building design experience with OSHPD and DSA structures desirable; Intern experience and/or Cal Poly-Miyamoto SESH desirable Basic structural analysis and design skills knowledge of steel, concrete, masonry, and timber Advanced analysis with ETABS, SAP, and Ram Steel desirable Strong analytical and communications skills; client relations/business development desirable Self-Motivated and conscientious work ethic Miyamoto International is seeking the best and brightest professionals to join our team.
