Job Title: Staff Pharmacist

Summary

Responsible for performing professional functions associated with the practice of pharmacy in an institutional setting. You will work collaboratively with our team to provide exceptional patient care and contribute to the success of our pharmacy.

Responsibilities:

• Under the guidance of the Director of Pharmacy, perform professional functions associated with the practice of pharmacy in an institutional setting, as authorized by the Vermont Board of Pharmacy Rules and Regulations
• Provide exceptional patient care and contribute to the success of our pharmacy team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Doctorate degree in Pharmacy from an accredited school of Pharmacy
• One year of pharmacy experience, with a focus on hospital pharmacy experience
• Computer and data entry skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Vermont Pharmacy License
• 3-5 years of pharmacy experience
