STAFF SERVICES MANAGER I Apply
Job Description and Duties
The incumbent manages staff in the performance of critical and complex program work related to the Election Security Unit, including election security, translations, language access, ballot tracking, Vote by Mail activities and oversight of the Language Accessibility Advisory Committee, and the Voting Accessibility Advisory Committee.

- Possess strong leadership skills with ability to create excellent working relationships with colleagues and staff.
- Aptitude for working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines and demonstrated ability to work independently with excellent follow-through on tasks and assignments.
- Ability to solve complex problems, recommend an effective course of action, and establish priorities for the completion in accordance with sound time-management methodology.
- Ability to interact effectively with stakeholders, the public, and all levels of departmental personnel to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.
- Knowledgeable of modern office methods and equipment, including experience with personal computers utilizing Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
