Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Staff System Administrator Night Shift to join our team in San Diego, CA.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage trouble tickets

  • Provides Tier 1-2 System Administration

  • Follow up with end users to ensure satisfactory resolution

  • Performs system maintenance

  • Monitor system and network performance

  • Investigates and resolves operational problems

  • Elevate issues to tier 3 as required

  • Assist with site deployments

  • Upgrade firmware and internet working operating system (ios)

  • Perform annual site maintenance, inventory, site drawings

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2 more years of experience in the Information Technology field including :
    • Help desk support, system maintenance, and troubleshooting
    • Windows products
    • Visio, and MS Office products
  • DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification required, Security+

  • Bachelors degree or additional six years of related experience can substitute for a degree.

  • Travel up to 10% for site maintenance visits

  • **Willingness to work 1:00AM-9:00AM night shift Monday-Friday**

Preferred Qualifications:

  • DoD 8570 computing environment or IT certifications such as MCSA

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • US Citizenship and active Secret clearance adjudicated in the past 6 years to start with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position up to 75% of the time

  • Must be able to move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery

  • Must be able to position self to maintain office supplies on variable height shelving.

  • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.

  • Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations

  • Must be able to observe and detect employee deviations from established policy

The projected compensation range for this position is $73,500-$122,600. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in its employees beyond just compensation. ManTechs benefits offerings include, dependent upon position, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, Holiday Pay, Short Term and Long Term Disability, Retirement and Savings, Learning and Development opportunities, wellness programs as well as other optional benefit elections.
