Job Description:

This full-time, on-site role involves tax compliance, tax preparation, preparation of financial statements, and other general accounting duties. The position provides the opportunity to collaborate closely with clients and contribute to the firm's success through exceptional tax and financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review tax returns in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Assist in developing and maintaining financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Analyze and interpret financial data to identify tax-saving opportunities and support decision-making.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of current tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and identify areas for optimization.
• Collaborate with clients to gather necessary documentation and provide clear communication regarding their tax and accounting needs.
• Support other general accounting tasks and projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in tax compliance and preparation processes.
• Hands-on experience in financial statement preparation and general accounting.
• Strong knowledge of tax laws, accounting principles, and regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in analyzing financial data.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA license is preferred but not required.
