BASIC JOB DUTIES
- Review and screen resumes for qualifications, ensuring candidates meet the necessary requirements for the positions.
- Conduct phone screens and skills assessments to evaluate candidates' abilities and fit for the role.
- Conduct interviews and extend conditional job offers on a daily basis to streamline the hiring process.
- Host on-site job fairs and informational sessions to attract potential candidates and provide them with insights about the company culture and open positions.
- Administer background and drug screening paperwork to applicants; process applications efficiently and document results accurately to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Conduct new hire orientation sessions, introducing new employees to company policies, procedures, and their respective roles to foster a smooth onboarding experience.
- Report weekly on hiring activities, including challenges faced and strategies implemented, to keep management informed and engaged in the recruitment process.
- Follow established processes and procedures diligently while also suggesting improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in the hiring process.
- Maintain the basic applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate tracking of candidates and hiring metrics.
- Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support team needs.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Possess superb communication skills, both oral and written, enabling effective interaction with candidates and team members alike.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly adapt to new software and technology, ensuring efficient management of recruitment tasks.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a team player, providing necessary support to achieve recruitment objectives.
- Must have a high level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in candidate evaluations and documentation.

KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE
- A minimum of two years of human resources experience, ideally in a production or manufacturing setting, allowing for an understanding of industry-specific needs.
- A minimum of two years of full cycle hiring experience, ensuring familiarity with all stages of the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Staffing agency experience preferred but not required, as it can provide valuable insights into effective recruitment strategies.

The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, providing a structured work environment.
