The Coordinator is primarily responsible for effectively coordinating the retention, training, coaching, and development of our temporary workforce. Specifically, the individual in this position will be responsible for coordinating temporary employees throughout their shifts. The ideal candidate will have basic computer skills, effective communication, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain the highest standards of quality in a warehouse setting.

Qualifications:
Must have Microsoft office experience (2+ years).
Associates Degree preferred but not required (Business, HR or related field).
Team player who is highly service-oriented, independent, patient, and flexible.
Must enjoy a fast-paced work environment and possess strong communication skills.
Bilingual preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
Build, maintain and nurture strong relationships with our client and workforce.

Develops and retains safety information for the client and communicates effectively with our workforce on PPE and GMP.

Performs a variety of administrative tasks including but not limited to; tracking hours, keeping timesheets, and using computer/ technical skills to deliver messages promptly to On-site Manager.

Obtain detailed assignment information and utilize it to set out temporary workforce expectations.

Monitor temporary employee attendance and performance and communicate this information to management.

Implement company award programs to recognize the good performance of temporaries.

Remain informed and skilled in understanding client needs.
Produce requested information such as attendance reports, payroll time cards and any other requested information by client.
