Pay Rate: Up to $22/hour + Generous Incentive Bonus Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain the master schedule for all nursing staff. Accurately report labor hours daily. Ensure adequate staffing levels to meet resident care needs. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of staffing coordinator experience in a nursing home setting is required.
