Note: Travel Requirements: Travel (up to 25%, including international), Position will be based in Corning, NY. Travel to a site may be required for software deployment. Top 3 Keywords: 1- AVEVA PI Data Historian 2- Microsoft Power BI 3- Industrial Automation (ISA-95, PLC, SCADA, MES)

Top 3 Required Skills:
  • Data Historian Systems (preferably AVEVA PI)
  • Power BI / Power Apps Development
  • Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Must-Have Skills:
  • Experience with data historians (AVEVA PI preferred)
  • Experience with Microsoft Power BI or other visualization tools
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Apps
  • Understanding of SDLC processes and tools
  • Familiarity with relational databases and data analysis
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Nice-to-Have Skills:

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Design, develop, and implement software solutions for manufacturing equipment integration
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions
  • Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance
  • Provide technical support and guidance for equipment integration and operational technology applications
  • Document software configurations, design procedures, and development processes
  • Participate in system deployment, training, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or related technical discipline
  • Experience: 0 3 years of software engineering or operations technology experience (entry-level candidates considered)
  • Familiarity with most listed tools and technologies; training will be provided where needed
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, technical environment
