Job Description:As a Startup HR Consultant at Augmentjobs, you will play a crucial role in helping new and emerging businesses build a strong HR foundation. You will work closely with startup founders and leadership teams to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational growth and employee satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

HR Strategy Development: Assist startups in developing HR strategies aligned with their business goals, including organizational structure, compensation plans, and employee engagement initiatives.

Recruitment and Onboarding: Design and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Policy and Procedure Implementation: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with legal requirements and industry best practices. Ensure these policies are communicated effectively to all employees.

Skills and Qualifications:
