State Emergency Operations Center
Emergency Management Program Specialist 2
Camp Murray, WA

Under the supervision of the Alert and Warning Center Supervisor, provides professional level emergency Management Support to the 24/7 operation of the State Emergency Operations Center's (SEOC) Alert & Warning Center. This position serves as the initial point of contact for state level emergency/disaster responses and SEOC activations.

Emergency Management Division Overview

The Washington Emergency Management Division (EMD) leads and coordinates mitigation, preparedness, response and recovery in Washington State to minimize the impact of disasters and emergencies on the people, property, environment and economy.

EMD is a civilian division of the Washington Military Department and does not require military service affiliation.
