Responsibilities Evaluate, select, and manage Delivery Service Providers (DSPs) to ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and contractual requirements; build long-term partnerships. Negotiate contract clauses and pricing with DSPs; leverage data analysis to optimize delivery costs and improve service quality across routes. Provide real-time operational guidance and technical support. Develop and implement SOPs for DSP management to ensure compliance with service standards and regulatory requirements. Resolve complex delivery issues through root-cause, data-driven analysis; collaborate with internal teams to drive long-term stability and risk reduction. Coordinate with IT and Customer Service to optimize last-mile operations and enhance overall customer experience. Required Qualifications Experience in logistics operations or vendor management; DSP experience preferred. Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment; knowledge of logistics systems and industry regulations is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, analytics, engineering, or a related field preferred.
