What You’ll Do

We’re seeking a proactive, self-motivated Inside Sales Representative to expand our end-user customer base. If you have a knack for sales—within the steel industry—you'll find a rewarding opportunity here. You'll manage your own accounts and oversee the entire sales cycle from initial contact to delivery.

Key responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new end-user accounts
• Manage and grow your own book of business
• Handle quoting, order entry (using PS Data), and work orders
• Coordinate with our shipping department to ensure timely deliveries
• Communicate order updates and resolve issues promptly
• Collaborate with operations and purchasing teams
• Monitor pricing, market trends, and lead times
• Achieve monthly sales and activity goals

What We’re Looking For

• Sales experience is required
• Steel industry experience is mandatory
• Proactive and organized with strong communication skills
• Comfortable with high-volume phone and email outreach
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
• Familiarity with ERP systems; experience with PS Data is advantageous
