Hours: Monday - Friday from 08:30 17:00

Summary:

Reporting directly to the Stock & Inventory Team Leader this role supports the Central Distribution Centres admin requirements across the business. This role takes care of our internal and external customers ensuring accurate data entry onto ERP systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for placing urgent delivery requests, quoting and processing customer requests, processing engineer replenishments.
  • Working closely with the necessary operational and support teams to ensure effective and efficient resolution of inventory SLAs
  • Keeping accurate updating of relevant systems with key information to enable successful resolution of inventory requests or queries and tracking of all mandatory KPIs
  • Responsible meeting Health and Safety near miss and incident reporting, Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment and Waste Packaging compliance
  • Process and manage our courier claims by liaising with key suppliers reporting on any damages or lost consignments.
  • Managing a multitude of inboxes which include all internal & external requests.

Requirements

Essential:

  • Experience of working in a warehouse environment
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport with stakeholders
  • A proven track record of providing good customer service
  • Competent using Microsoft Office, namely Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Knowledge and demonstrated skills in utilising Stock and Inventory systems effectively.
