Good to have basic Operating systems and Networking knowledge6. Storage related experience in Unix/Linux and windows.8. Storage related experience on Virtualization10. Excellent verbal and written communication skills11. Skills in working with cross technology platforms.12. Experience in troubleshooting in a technical environment13. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills14. Software and hardware knowledge of computing and storage17. Closely monitor the STorage/Backup dashboard to track the real time failures19. Perform changes as per the request after validating proper approvals and follow the ITSM formalities20. Installations / Upgrade / Configurations of new storage clients.21. Periodic housekeeping and logs clean-up for hassle free storage operations.Skills1. Knowledge of Remote Support and Remote monitoring processes and concepts2. Tools Knowledge on HP SM3.
