As a Store Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
Overseeing daily store operations, leading and developing a team of employees, managing inventory levels, ensuring compliance with all company policies, and providing excellent customer service. You will be responsible for achieving sales and profitability goals, driving promotional activities, and creating a motivating environment for your team.

Requirements
Key Qualifications for the Store Manager position include:
- Proven experience in retail management or supervising a team, preferably in the convenience store sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team of employees.
- Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and implement strategic initiatives to achieve business objectives.
- Experience in inventory management and financial reporting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Physical requirements include:
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs. as necessary.
