Store Manager – Minot, ND

Salary: Starting $50,000+ Bonus 
 
Easterseals Goodwill North Dakota is looking for a strong retail leader to manage our Minot store. 
This role is responsible for running the store, leading the team, and driving store performance while helping support programs that change lives across North Dakota.

What You'll Do 
As Store Manager, you will lead the entire store operation, including: 

• Leading daily store operations 

• Hiring, training, and developing team members 

• Coaching and motivating employees to succeed 

• Creating schedules and managing labor hours 

• Driving store sales and donation flow 

• Ensuring strong merchandising and an excellent customer experience 

• Maintaining safety, cleanliness, and operational standards 

• Building a positive, respectful, and results‑driven team culture 

 
You will run the store like your own business while being supported by a strong leadership team.
